We are currently partnering with a well-established engineering and project delivery business supporting a significant program of transport and civil infrastructure works across regional and northern Queensland locations. This opportunity offers more than simply delivering a single project. The broader program includes a diverse portfolio of civil infrastructure upgrades incorporating road construction, pavement rehabilitation, earthworks, drainage systems, intersection upgrades, structures and broader transport infrastructure improvements. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to become part of a growing delivery team with visibility across both current and future works, providing long-term project continuity and genuine opportunity to grow with the business. Key responsibilities may include: Managing projects through planning, delivery and completion phases Contractor and stakeholder management across multiple project stages Budget, cost control and program management responsibilities Managing project risks, variations and delivery outcomes Coordinating construction, design and project delivery teams Supporting governance, reporting and project control activities Ensuring delivery aligns with required standards, specifications and client expectations To be considered, you must possess: Demonstrated Project Management experience across transport or civil infrastructure projects Strong understanding of road construction, pavements, drainage, structures and associated civil works Proven experience managing contractors and key project stakeholders Strong commercial and project delivery capability Excellent communication and relationship management skills Current Drivers Licence Highly desirable: PMC01 - PMC02 - IRC01 - IR01 - IR02 - SEC01 - SEC02 What's on Offer: Long-term program of works and project continuity Competitive salary package and project benefits Candidates based in Mackay, Townsville or Cairns are highly regarded DIDO/FIFO and accommodation support available where applicable for non-local candidates Strong team culture and supportive leadership Genuine career progression and future project opportunities To apply, please upload your current Word-formatted CV to the "Apply Now" link below.
