About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for efficiently handling and sorting mails, ensuring their accurate distribution and timely delivery within the organisation.
The scope of this role includes:
* Daily mail and courier management
* Handling and resolving customer enquiries via phone and email
* Maintaining office equipment, supplies and stationery
* Maintaining database and updates of presentations
* Courier bookings and lodgements with various courier companies
* Light cleaning duties
* Ad hoc administration and duties
* Some heavy lifting may be involved
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a positive attitude and be a reliable individual. You should have a keen eye for detail and excellent computer literacy skills. You must also have good communication skills and be able to create effective presentations.
* Good knowledge of MS Office and an ability to quickly learn new technology
* Strong communication and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
* The ability to work under pressure to achieve high standards
* Previous customer service experience is highly regarded
