The Role
As our Credit Analyst, you'll be right in the middle of the action. You'll run deals end to end, supporting our brokers and making sure every file is sharp, compliant, and ready to fly. You'll be responsible for:
* Assessing deals from initial review through to formal approval
* Completing detailed credit analysis and lender comparisons
* Preparing and packaging submissions that brokers and lenders love
* Managing documentation and compliance with precision
* Keeping things moving so clients experience that "oh wow, that was quick" feeling
This is a flexible role, perfect for someone looking for part-time hours (27.5 hours per week). If you're seeking full-time work, we're open to that too.
Work LocationOur office is in Geelong, VIC, but we're flexible. You can work remotely, in-office, or a mix of both. What matters most is ownership, communication, and quality.
About You
* You've got at least two years' experience as a Credit Analyst, either in a bank or a mortgage broking business.
* You understand residential lending inside out and you care about the details because you know they matter.
* You're organised, proactive, and calm under pressure.
* You work well with brokers, enjoy being part of a team, and you take pride in delivering work that's clean, accurate, and on time.
