Working closely with builders, architects, and suppliers, you will play a key role in delivering accurate, competitive, and timely cost estimates that support successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing detailed cost estimates, take‑offs, and bills of quantities from architectural and engineering drawings
* Reviewing tender documents and identifying risks, exclusions, and value‑engineering opportunities
* Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing and confirm scopes
* Assisting with budget control and cost reporting during the project lifecycle
* Supporting project teams with pricing updates and cost breakdowns
* Using estimating software and Excel to produce clear, accurate estimates and reports
About You:
* Currently studying or completed a degree related to construction or any other related qualifications
* Strong understanding of construction drawings and basic building methodology
* High attention to detail with a methodical and organised approach
* Confident communicator able to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
* Comfortable using Excel and estimating or take‑off software
* A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in building and construction
