We are seeking a Structural Engineer to bring their expertise and passion for providing clients with solutions that work to our Parramatta-based team. Your role
As a Structural Engineer with us, your expertise will be instrumental in delivering complex engineering projects. Your responsibilities will include:
* Undertake structural analysis and design for a variety of commercial, residential and infrastructure projects
* Prepare detailed engineering drawings, calculations and technical documentation
* Carry out site inspections and prepare reports including inspection certificates, causation reports for structural defects and dilapidation reports
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, project managers and construction teams, to ensure successful project delivery
* Provide technical advice and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle
* Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, standards and best practices
* Support the team of Principal and Senior Structural Engineers working under their guidance and instruction
What you bring
* Tertiary qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering
* Minimum 3 years' local experience as a Structural Engineer, preferably in a consultancy environment
* Demonstrated expertise in structural analysis, design and project delivery
* Proficient in the use of engineering software such as Spacegass, RAPT, Tekla, Bluebeam or equivalent
* Strong problem-solving, communication and project management skills
* Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
