Overview
We are currently seeking 2 x HSE Advisors to support a short-term offshore Oil & Gas turnaround commencing 20 May. This role will provide hands on HSE support during turnaround execution, ensuring compliance with Monadelphous and client health, safety and environmental requirements.

Responsibilities
* Provide HSE advice and support to turnaround and site leadership teams
* Conduct and support HSE audits, inspections, investigations, and training activities
* Monitor work practices to ensure compliance with safety, environmental and legislative requirements
* Ensure HSE documentation (JHAs, permits, risk assessments) is compliant with company and client standards
* Support implementation of HSE initiatives, improvements, and corrective actions
* Assist with analysis of HSE performance data and follow up on improvement actions
What you'll bring
* Certificate IV in OHS and/or Environmental (Diploma preferred)
* Current Applied First Aid Certificate, valid MSIC, BOSIET + CA EBS certificate OR FOET/T-FOET + CA-EBS; Escape Chute Training (5770)
* Previous experience in a similar HSE role (Oil & Gas or turnaround experience highly regarded)
* Strong working knowledge of HSE legislation, systems, and site requirements
