A growing financial services organisation is seeking an experienced
NetSuite System Administrator
to join their team on an initial
6-month contract
, with the potential for a longer-term or permanent opportunity. The business is continuing to scale and integrate new entities, and this role will be key in bringing their NetSuite capability fully in-house.
About the Role
As the NetSuite System Administrator, you'll take ownership of system administration, optimisation, and internal support. You will play a critical role in improving processes, stabilising the current environment, and supporting a complex multi-entity structure as the organisation grows.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain
templates, forms, saved searches, and dashboards
Manage
user roles, access permissions, and system security
Design, configure, and optimise
workflows
and process automation
Troubleshoot issues and provide day-to-day support across the business
Support a growing
multi-entity environment
as new acquisitions are onboarded
Assist in transitioning NetSuite support and development
from external vendor to in-house
What We're Looking For
Strong experience as a
NetSuite Administrator or NetSuite Consultant
Experience working across
multiple organisations
or complex NetSuite environments
SuiteFoundation Certification
highly desirable
Working knowledge of
SuiteScript
(1.0 or 2.0)
Experience with
service management tools
(currently using ServiceCloud)
Bonus: exposure to
BlackLine
or
loan management systems
such as Aryza
