Job Description
Are you friendly, confident on the phone, enjoy meeting new people with an interest in healthcare or disability or other human services?
We're looking for someone early in their sales or customer service career who has an interest in healthcare and enjoys building relationships.
This role is a mix of office-based phone work and getting out and about meeting clients and referrers across Melbourne.
What you'll be doing:
* Talking with potential NDIS clients, families, and referral partners
* Following up enquiries and answering questions about our services
* Supporting people through the sign-up process
* Building relationships and spotting new opportunities
* Attending local community events and meetings
* Working closely with our internal teams to make sure clients are well supported
What we're looking for:
* Some experience in sales, customer service, or healthcare (NDIS or aged care is a bonus)
* Confident communicator who enjoys talking to people
* Organised and comfortable using systems (CRM experience helpful but not essential)
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn

You'll need a current Working with Children Check and a Police Check (dated within the last 12 months). Experience planning or attending events is a bonus
