As a Cadet Civil Drafter, you'll work alongside experienced engineers and designers on long-term, master planned community projects. * Preparing sketch plans and design drawings using AutoCAD and other software.
* Supporting the design team with drafting and documentation.
* Collaborating on project delivery within timeframes and budgets.
* Learning and applying engineering standards and quality systems.
What we're looking for:
* Enrolled in a Civil Engineering degree (or planning to start).
* Strong interest in design and infrastructure.
* Some exposure to CAD software (AutoCAD or 12d Model) - not essential, but a bonus
* Great communication, time management, and a willingness to learn.
