The Role:
* Lead and coordinate a team of detailers, reviewing work to ensure accuracy and alignment with architectural and structural requirements
* Set project budgets, monitor progress, and provide daily reporting on workflows
* Liaise directly with clients, architects, and project managers to ensure clarity and quality of deliverables
* Mentor and support junior staff, helping develop capability and efficiency across the team
* Work with various software, including FrameCAD, Revit, AutoCAD, or similar platforms
The Person:
* Proven experience as a detailer in light gauge steel or architectural/structural environments
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a team
* Highly detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
* Confident liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
* Experience in framing, engineering, or architectural backgrounds highly desirable, but not essential
* Comfortable setting budgets, managing workflows, and driving projects to completion
