Demonstrated high level knowledge and skills in contemporary clinical practice standards in rural and remote speech pathology Demonstrated understanding and commitment to work sensitively and effectively with First Nations communities and their leaders, respecting traditional culture, values and ways of doing business with an understanding of the health, social and emotional wellbeing issues that impact on
First Nations people in rural and remote communities Demonstrated experience or willingness to participate in the delivery of care through innovative service models, in particular virtual health and a supervision and delegation model Demonstrated ability to determine priorities and manage caseload to meet agreed timelines and objectives, establish trust and rapport with clients and key stakeholders with particular emphasis on interpersonal communication skills, maintaining confidentiality and effective clinical documentation and reporting

Working in MDT Potential shareholding in the company Position Requirements:
Tertiary degree (or equivalent) qualification in Speech Pathology Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist (CPSP) with 3 years or more experience Membership of Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
Current Blue Card (Working with Children and young people) or willingness to apply for a Blue Card NDIS Worker Screening – Yellow Card Satisfactory National Police Certificate
