Senior Educator Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Educator to join our team. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of all children.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, as well as a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent). You will also need to have a current Working with Children Check.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the lives of children during their crucial developmental years and lead your team to achieve better outcomes for the future.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs
* Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
* Ensure every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current WWVP TAS Working with Children Check
