Role purpose
Head of Sales – you will lead and inspire our sales team, drive revenue growth, and shape the future of Beerenberg's market presence. You'll develop and execute sales strategies, set ambitious targets, and build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team
* Develop and execute sales strategies for growth
* Build strong relationships with key customers and partners
* Analyse market trends and identify new opportunities
Qualifications
* Proven sales leadership experience, ideally in FMCG
* Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
* Experience working with major retailers (Coles, Woolworths)
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Passion for food and delivering results
* Basic Quality Management, Risk Management & WHS Training.
* Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
