**About the role**

Anglicare's
**Cleveland** Home & Community Service provides support and services that enable our clients to maintain their independence. Our Lifestyle team provide activities and outings at our Day Respite Centre, where clients actively participate in social and physical activities promoting healthy living and inclusion.

We have an opportunity for a
**Part-Time Lifestyle Assistant** to join our amazing dedicated team.

The Lifestyle Assistant's primary responsibility is to assist with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of activities and lifestyle programs that enable clients to participate in a variety of experiences to improve their quality of life.

**About You**
- Proven background in planning, conducting, and evaluating activity programs
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with a variety of people including staff, management and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Commitment to ongoing quality improvement and professional development of the service and yourself
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment and to manage your own workload

To be successful in this position you will have:

- A Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or equivalent
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- National Police Certificate (current within six months)
- Queensland Drivers Licence and your own reliable vehicle
- Capability to meet the physical requirements of the role
- Full Covid Vaccination evidence
