About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Advisor – Contracts and Commercial Performance to join a friendly, fast-paced, and diverse team passionate about delivering quality services and value for money.
This role sits within the Contracts and Commercial Performance team in Strategy & Innovation at Revenue NSW, where we drive performance and enhance experiences through innovative solutions.
In this role you will:
* Lead end-end procurement processes aligned with the NSW Government policy and probity requirements
* Provide expert advice on sourcing strategies, contract management and supplier relationship management to support informed decision-making and achieve commercial and strategic outcomes
* Lead contract negotiations and proactively engage with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
* Implement continuous improvements to enhance sourcing, contract and supplier relationship management activities to support future high-volume and high value procurement activities
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop clear procurement documentation, including sound statements of requirements that meet business objectives
To be successful in this role you will bring:
* Demonstrated experience in strategic procurement, contract management and supplier relationship management, with a strong track record of aligning procurement strategies to business goals and delivering value-for-money outcomes.
* Sound knowledge of NSW Government procurement policy frameworks and their practical application
* Effective communication skills, with the ability to build and manage collaborative stakeholder relationships
* Effective time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and balance competing demands whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail
* A results-oriented and self-motivated way of working with a commercial mindset and strong business acumen

Salary Grade 9/10, with the base salary for this role starting at $129464 base plus superannuation
