Motor Vehicle Parts and Accessories Sales Representative / Service Advisor

What the Role Requires
· Proven experience as a motor vehicle parts and accessories sales representative and/or service advisor
· Ability to guide service customers through required vehicle servicing and repairs, including advising on and selling manufacturer-specific parts, accessories and labour
· Strong technical knowledge to help interpret, troubleshoot and communicate parts, accessories and system issues with vehicle owners and workshop technicians
· Capability to provide accurate quotations, complete work orders and manage the customer experience from booking through to vehicle hand-over
· Experience preparing sales reports, participating in team sales meetings and contributing to the setting and achievement of sales targets
· Strong attention to detail and focus on customer satisfaction
· A process-driven, proactive and "I can help you with that" attitude
· An owner's mindset—taking pride in your work, managing time effectively and ensuring all customer and business deadlines are met
