At Pandora, we're looking for an Infield Sales Trainer to join our team. As a key player in our growth, you will be responsible for developing and delivering in-store training programs that drive sales and customer satisfaction.
About the Role:
* Develop and implement in-store training programs in collaboration with Sales, Ops & Training teams.
* Conduct face-to-face training sessions, workshops and virtual training for various topics, including product knowledge, sales techniques and customer experience.
* Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations.
* Work closely with Regional Sales Teams to identify training opportunities and develop tailored coaching modules.
As an Infield Sales Trainer, you will have the opportunity to work independently and effectively in a field-based environment, visiting multiple store locations and regions. You will be responsible for motivating and inspiring employees to achieve sales goals and adopt new skills.
What We're Looking For:
* A strong understanding of retail operations, sales and customer service principles.
* Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to design and deliver engaging on-the-shop-floor training and coaching programs using various methods like gamification and NLP techniques.
* Proficiency in data analysis for evaluating training effectiveness.
* Strong record-keeping and organizational skills.
* Demonstrated experience in retail-focused training and coaching, including classroom, virtual and e-learning environments.
