* Procurement and supplier sourcing assistance.
* Variation preparation, progress claims, and documentation maintenance.
* Auditing of job costs, safety standards, and site performance.
Key Requirements
* Trade background or tertiary qualification in building and construction (or related discipline).
* Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
* Strong understanding of domestic insurance processes (an advantage).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Gantt chart scheduling systems.
* Excellent time management, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet strict KPIs.
