MacKillop Catholic College, Mount Peter is seeking applications for an Industrial Technology & Design Workshop Assistant to join our College in Term 4, 2025 or Term 1, 2026 (negotiable).
Commencement Date: Term 4, 2025 – or Term 1, 2026 (negotiable)
Salary Range: SOF Level 4 - $36.98 - $38.14 gross per hour
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Position - 38 hours per week

About the Role
The Industrial Technology & Design (ITD) Workshop Assistant role is to provide technical and logistical support by modelling, demonstrating and supervising student use of machinery in the ITD Workshop.
This is a diverse role requiring practical skills with timber, metal and construction, as well as administrative tasks such as completing order forms for purchasing materials, basic filing and OHS safety compliance documentation.
Experience in an appropriate industry with construction, electrical engineering skills, welding skills or trade or school experience in the ITD Department will be highly regarded.
