ERGT Australia is seeking passionate and suitably experienced current or former Mariners and Royal Australian Navy personnel to join our Altona Training Team on a full-time basis.
This role focuses on delivering AMSA-accredited training, including:
* Certificate of Safety Training (CoST) – approx. once per month (7 consecutive days)
* Refresher CoST courses – approx. 3 times per month
* Around 15 days per month of AMSA training delivery
When not delivering AMSA training, you'll also contribute to ERGT's broader portfolio, including:
* OPITO-approved safety courses for offshore workers
* Boarding a Vessel at Sea
* Survival Capsule Commander

Essential Qualifications
To meet Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) requirements, you must hold at least one of the following:
* STCW Reg II/1 or III/1 Certificate of Competency
* Engineer Class 3 Near Coastal + AMSA Certificate of Safety Training
* Master <100m Near Coastal + AMSA Certificate of Safety Training
* Chief Integrated Rating (STCW Reg II/5 and III/5)
* Integrated Rating (STCW Reg II/5 and III/5)
* Able Seafarer – Deck (STCW Reg II/5)
* Able Seafarer – Engine (STCW Reg III/5)
* Appropriately qualified Royal Australian Navy personnel
