About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Gallery Host to welcome visitors, provide exceptional customer service and support various programs and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer professional visitor/customer service in ticket purchases, membership bookings, and event assistance.
- Provide gallery information to the public and staff.
Requirements
- Previous experience in visitor/customer service in cultural or tourism sectors.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with diverse audiences.
Desirable Skills
- Ability to communicate in languages other than English.
- Tertiary degree in art history, fine arts, or contemporary art practice is desired but not necessary.
