Senior Finance Business Partner
to work closely with the Sales Director and senior stakeholders across the sales function. This role requires a highly skilled finance professional with proven ability to provide strategic insights, challenge assumptions, and drive commercial performance. Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to the Sales Director, Heads of Key Accounts, Marketing Manager, and Regional Managers.
* Drive commercial performance by providing strategic financial insights, recommendations, and scenario modelling to support key decisions.
* Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the sales division.
* Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support investment decisions, pricing strategies, and business cases.
* Monitor sales performance, identify risks and opportunities, and proactively recommend corrective actions.
* Provide leadership and influence across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial targets and commercial outcomes.
* Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and reporting requirements.
About You:
* Significant experience in a
senior commercial finance role within FMCG
, with a strong understanding of the
sales function and its drivers

* Proven track record partnering with sales leaders and commercial teams to deliver financial insights that influence strategy and performance.
* Deep understanding of the sales value chain and the ability to interpret commercial drivers into financial outcomes.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the maturity and confidence to influence senior leaders and handle challenging situations.
* Exceptional analytical, modelling, and presentation skills.
* Commercially minded, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.
