Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Exercise Physiologist to join our Health & Service Delivery team. The successful candidate will work closely with the existing team to deliver comprehensive diabetes self-management programs in both group and one-on-one settings.
The role requires a high level of expertise in exercise prescription and programming, as well as experience in delivering health education and support in a clinical or community setting.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing evidence-based exercise physiology services
* Delivering high-quality health education and support in a group or individual setting
* Working independently and applying professional judgement on routine matters
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills in communication, interpersonal relationships, and planning and organisational abilities.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology (or equivalent)
* Accredited Exercise Physiologist status with ESSA
* Experience in delivering health education, information, and support in a clinical or community setting

* Ability to work independently and apply professional judgement on routine matters
