**Job Title:** Desktop and Network Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
* Installation, troubleshooting, and repair of desktops, printers, laptops, and other computer peripherals hardware issues.
* Perform LAN and WAN setups and concepts under instruction-based activities at sites or remotely.
* Lifting/moving computer equipment up to 50 pounds is a requirement.
* Providing expert desk-side support for PC break/fix and basic Windows OS/Mac OS administration is essential.
* The ability to use TCP/IP networking knowledge, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP is necessary.
* Supporting peripheral and networking hardware, including monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, etc., is crucial.
Requirements:
* Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, chip sets, memory modules, and peripherals is required.
* Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems: MS Windows, MS Office365, Active Directory, SCCM, DHCP, VPN, and others is necessary.
* Excellent communication skills and strong people skills are essential.
* Bilingualism (English & Local B2) is required.
* Experience with ticketing tools is an advantage.
