Senior Occupational Therapist - 360 Balance
National 360's Queensland team is seeking a passionate Senior Occupational Therapist. In this rewarding role, you'll lead the delivery of high-quality, community-based care, empower clients through your clinical expertise, and mentor emerging therapists.
A typical day at National 360 may involve:
* Supporting clients in the community, in their home, in one of our clinic spaces or via telehealth.
* Providing support to early career therapists.
* Preparing for appointments, writing reports, and completing case notes.
* Spending time with your colleagues, attending team meetings or checking in with your Team Leader.
* Engaging in professional development via mentoring, supervision, or self-directed learning on our online LMS.
* Collaborating with your multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Early Childhood Practitioners and Positive Behaviour Support Therapists, all dedicated to making a real impact.
About You
You're a qualified Occupational Therapist who enjoys working both independently and as part of a supportive team. You might have a special interest in paediatrics or mental health or have preference for a generalist caseload. You're organised, a good communicator, and genuinely care about helping people reach their goals. If you meet the following criteria, we would love to hear from you
* You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration.
* You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in community, private or acute settings.
* You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's license.
* You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with children check.

Base pay range: A$85,000.00/yr - A$100,000.00/yr
