As a Customer Service Advocate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their experience is positive and enjoyable.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate sport and/or racing enthusiast with a strong drive for speed, competition, and positive energy. They will enjoy teamwork, having some banter in the workplace, and delivering exceptional customer service.
This role involves undertaking the registration, KYC (Identity Verification) and education of new customers, efficiently answering calls and emails from customers, and responding promptly to incoming customer queries via phone calls and emails.
You will assist with and ensure team procedures are appropriately documented, continually update your knowledge around products and services, and promote safer gambling practices by advocating for sustainable approaches.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A passion for customer service and a strong understanding of upholding confidentiality of sensitive customer information.
* The ability to make clear and well-reasoned decisions, with a high level of attention to detail and effective prioritization skills.
* Strong computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office Applications, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Initiative and the ability to take ownership of tasks.
