We are now looking for a high performing Talent Acquisition Business Partner to support our partnership with our Financial Services client. This is a fantastic opportunity to work onsite with a highly regarded client while also enjoying the support of the Harrier team.
Job Description
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality talent outcomes for a wide variety of specialist roles across a dedicated portfolio - General Insurance. You’ll:
* Lead end-to-end volume recruitment across specialist and niche positions within General Insurance
* Work onsite 3 days per week at our client's office, with flexible work arrangements
* Partner closely with hiring managers to deliver strategic sourcing and tailored attraction strategies
* Create an engaging and streamlined experience for candidates and hiring teams
* Leverage market insights and talent data to guide decision-making
* Drive continuous improvement projects around D&I, process optimisation, and recruitment technology
Qualifications
What you’ll bring:
We’re looking for someone who combines operational excellence with a passion for building relationships. Ideally, you’ll have:
* Proven end-to-end recruitment experience in high volume speciality roles such as Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Allied Health. Agency recruiters with the relevant industry experience will be considered
* Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and providing expert recruitment advice and updates
* A proactive approach to talent sourcing, market mapping, and creating pipelines for future needs
* Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your style for different audiences
* A continuous improvement mindset and practical approach to solving recruitment challenges
