About the Role
As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting surgeons, hospital teams, and sales representatives across New South Wales. This is a field-based, hospital-facing role requiring strong initiative, adaptability, and a passion for clinical environments.
You will work closely with multiple sales representatives and be part of a well-established Advanced Surgical team with strong market presence across General Surgery and Orthopaedics.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide daily in-hospital support for surgical cases
* Deliver procedural and technical support in operating theatres
* Support surgeons and clinical staff during product usage
* Assist sales representatives in customer meetings and trials
* Conduct product demonstrations and support evaluations
* Support training and onboarding of new surgeons
* Coordinate schedules in alignment with sales teams
* Maintain accurate reporting and communication
* Build strong professional relationships with hospital stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with company and hospital policies
About You
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a field-based role
* Comfortable working daily in hospital and operating theatre environments
* Genuine interest in medical devices, healthcare, and long-term career growth
* Based in Sydney (central preferred) and willing to travel across NSW
* Background in healthcare, business, or related fields (graduates and early-career candidates welcome)
* Interest in developing towards a future sales career is an advantage
