**About the Role**:
As the Payroll Leader, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing Payroll Operations across the Australian region. You will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end payroll is processed accurately, timely, and in accordance with defined processes and standards. This role involves managing a proficient team, handling escalations, resolving queries, and establishing close working relationships with key HR professionals and other stakeholders in the region.
**Key Priorities**:
- **Continuous Improvement**: Uncover and deliver opportunities to continuously improve processes, eliminate risk, and create capacity within the team.
