About the Opportunity
We are actively seeking experienced and dedicated Personal Care Workers to join our team on a Permanent Part Time basis to cover 2300‑0700am Night Shifts ONLY .
Responsibilities
* Providing direct care, support and guidance to residents in accordance with best practice.
* Working towards establishing positive relationships with residents and working collaboratively within a team environment with an attitude of respect, integrity and teamwork.
* Responsiveness to reporting incidents and changes in resident behaviour in a timely manner to RNs.
Qualifications
* Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc.)
* Complete a police check
* Highly organised and able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks
* Highly efficient and motivated
* Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care or Individual Support
* Minimum of 6 months Aged Care experience
* Flexibility to work available shifts on short notice
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build rapport with residents, families and team members
