Key Responsibilities The primary objective of this role is to spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive Testing and Commissioning Strategy. * Collaborate with technical leads, design teams, rail systems managers, testers in charge, and Authorised Rail Operators to formulate a cohesive plan. * Draft detailed Testing and Commissioning Plans tailored to meet the specific requirements of each Authorised Rail Operator while ensuring seamless alignment with project objectives. * Effectively manage program budgets for each testing event by coordinating resource allocation across interdisciplinary interfaces, including signalling communications train control overheads track modifications. ,
