About the role
* Assisting trades with carpentry and general construction tasks
* Using hand and power tools as required
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised site
* Supporting the team to deliver high‑quality homes on schedule

* Previous construction or carpentry labouring experience
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
* White Card, driver's licence, and own transport
* Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in
