Oracle HCM Business Analyst / Testing Lead (Contract)

We are partnering with a leading organisation delivering a major Oracle HCM implementation and are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Business Analyst / Testing Lead to join the end client team.
Working client side alongside the System Integrator (SI), this role will ensure requirements are clearly defined, testing aligns with SI recommendations, and delivery remains focused on quality outcomes.
About the role
This is a core delivery role supporting the program from inception through to go live, ensuring requirements clarity and effective testing coordination.
Key responsibilities include:
* Eliciting and translating business requirements into user stories and functional documentation
* Collaborating with stakeholders to validate requirements and business processes
* Preparing and coordinating test scripts based on System Integrator recommendations and solution design
* Ensuring test scenarios align with business requirements and end to end processes
* Supporting UAT planning and execution while representing client side interests
* Maintaining traceability from requirements through testing and delivery outcomes
* Working alongside the SI to ensure quality and completeness of delivered functionality
About you
We are seeking a detail oriented professional with strong Oracle HCM delivery experience.
You will bring:
* Experience as a Business Analyst on Oracle HCM implementations
* Experience preparing or coordinating test scripts aligned to vendor or SI guidance
* Strong understanding of end to end business process testing and UAT support
* Ability to translate requirements into practical test scenarios
* Experience working client side alongside System Integrators
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and delivery focus
Contract details
Duration: 9 month contract (March to November, likely extension)
Location: Sydney preferred
Engagement: Day rate contract (PAYG preferred)
