Independent Family Owned Fresh Food Market located in Mandurah. We are seeking a qualified butcher/knife hand to join our team. From prepping and presenting prime cuts through to helping customers with cooking tips and recipe ideas, our butchers are an integral part of our business.

* Food handling / safety knowledge
* Self-motivated and pro-active reliable cooperative team player
Tasks & responsibilities
* Trimming fat off meat cuts
* Working with fresh meat of various kinds (lamb, chicken, beef, pork)
* Preparing, wrapping and presenting prime cuts to a high visual standard
* Maintaining a clean working environment
* Working collaboratively as part of a high performing team
