Project Coordinator Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Coordinator to manage projects from start to finish.
Job Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
* Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, vendors, and team members.
* Provide exceptional stakeholder management and vendor management skills.
* Work independently as the SME for clients, who may be unfamiliar with the tools and technologies involved.
Key Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in IT project coordination/management in a broad range of major enterprise-scale IT projects.
* Demonstrated understanding of project financial management, especially in relation to forecast management.
* Broad, stable industry experience across banking, financial services, education, utilities, government, and telecoms domains.
* Project Management qualifications (e.g., Prince2, PMP/PMI, ITIL) highly regarded.
