Senior Marketing Manager
to lead their
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) program

Role Overview
As the
Senior Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of the ABM program
- working closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to design and deliver highly targeted campaigns. Your strategies will shape how key accounts engage with the brand, influencing the buying journey and driving measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a tailored ABM strategy for the accountant segment.
* Design and execute data-driven campaigns, content, and promotions to engage priority accounts.
* Partner with design, content, product, and analytics teams to deliver impactful initiatives.
* Use inbound and outbound tactics (including paid media, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads) to drive lead generation.
* Manage client engagement platforms, including email automation tools, to nurture accounts from prospect through to opportunity.
* Champion the use of MarTech solutions (CRM, automation, analytics, personalisation platforms) to optimise campaign performance and reporting.
About You
* 7+ years of experience
in a Senior Marketing capacity with a focus on
Account-Based and/or Partner Marketing
.
* Must have proven
B2B Digital and Channel Marketing expertise
.
* Strong track record of
driving consistent revenue growth
through high-touch, targeted programs.
* Thorough understanding of
B2B performance channels
, including
Google Ads
and
LinkedIn Ads
.
* Highly
data-savvy
, with the ability to apply market analysis and sales audience segmentation tools.
