Position - SHE Manager
Role Description:
As the SHE Manager, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing safety strategies and initiatives to drive continuous improvement in health and safety practices at a crucial site that supports the entire APAC region. You will ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and standards, manage safety programs and initiatives, and foster a positive safety culture. Collaborating with cross‐functional teams, you will integrate safety considerations into business operations. Staying updated with current health and safety legislative requirements and industry best practices will be crucial in this role.
Key Elements
* Develop and implement safety strategies and initiatives to drive continuous improvement in health and safety practices.
* Manage a team of 2 direct reports.
* Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
* Manage safety programs and initiatives, including risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
* Foster a positive safety culture and promote awareness among employees.
* Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to integrate safety considerations into business operations.
