This is a part-time office administration position available in Perth.
* Manage the corporate switchboard during business hours, greet visitors, and provide building inductions for new starters.
* Responsible for basic office maintenance including kitchen duties.
* Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and mail distribution.
* Manage meeting room calendars, car parking, and order catering.
* Liaise with suppliers and reconcile invoices.
* Organise stationery orders and process business card requests.
* Assist with office communications and social events.
* Liaise with maintenance providers for office facilities.
* Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks.

You will be the primary point of contact for all office enquiries. To succeed, you must be self-motivated, have a willingness to help others, and possess a sociable attitude.
* Previous experience in office administration as well as front-of-house reception.
* A positive attitude towards delivering exceptional customer service that reflects the company's professionalism.
* The ability to manage multiple tasks with flexibility.
* Excellent phone manner, intermediate Office 365 skills, and good attention to detail are essential.
