As an experienced Business Analyst within the ICT industry, you will be responsible for defining business requirements and processes, project coordination, product/process improvement and stakeholder management.
Key responsibilities:
* Compiling comprehensive and coherent Stories, Epics, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria, Process Maps/Flows, Story Boards, Iterative releases, and Retrospectives.
* Interact with business end users to elaborate, analyse and document the business requirements.
* Work collaboratively with developers and provide feedback on solution and requirements.
* Assist with testing, verification that requirements are met and post implementation support.
* Assist with production incidents and queries as they arise.
Key Experience and skills:
* 2+ years' experience as a business analyst
* Analytical thinking with the ability to structure various requirements into a logical flow or order.
* Ability to understand relationships between components of processes and the impact of changes in complex business environments.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, report writing and graphical presentation skills.
* The ability to initiate, influence and maintain positive and productive relationships with all stakeholders.
* Relevant formal qualification from either a recognised International Institute or University.
* Experience working in an agile environment.
* FULL working rights in Australia - Must be an Australian Citizen or have Permanent Residency
* Qld based or looking to relocate to Qld permanently.
Desirable:
* Experience/Background in a Financial/Banking environment.
