Storeperson – Defence Theatre Logistics (DTL)
Shape the future of Defence logistics with Toll Group.
Location: East Fremantle, WA. All tasks must be performed in compliance with Government & Defence contractual requirements, Defence regulations, safety protocols, and operational standards.
Responsibilities
* Receive, store, pick, pack, and dispatch Defence equipment and supplies.
* Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
* Use warehouse systems to manage stock accurately and action reports.
* Maintain safety standards, site cleanliness, and compliance with Defence regulations.
* Collaborate with team to achieve operational targets and deliver results.
What you'll bring
* Experience in warehousing, logistics, or related industries including leading a team.
* A current forklift licence.
* Valid driver's licence (C class).
* Ability to pass a full Commonwealth Security Check.
* Experience working outdoors to deliver stores and equipment to defence personnel.
* Physical fitness for manual handling tasks.
* Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
* A safety‐first mindset.
* Strong time‐management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast‐paced environment.
Eligibility
* Australian Citizen.
* Eligible to obtain and maintain an AGVA Defence Security Clearance (Baseline level or higher).
* Must be entitled to work in Australia and be prepared to undertake pre‐employment checks including criminal history, medical and other background assessments.
