Casual Kitchen Staff Wanted
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Casual team member with experience in baking and sandwich prep to join our kitchen. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys early starts, quiet time in the kitchen, and working in a supportive environment.
About the Role
· Position: Casual Kitchen Hand (Baking & Sandwiches)
· Hours: 4 hours each weekday morning (Monday to Friday, 5 – 9am)
· Location: South Kempsey
· Start: Immediate
Main Responsibilities
· Prepare and bake a variety of donuts and muffins each morning
· Prepare a selection of toasties, wraps, and cold sandwiches
· Assist with general cooking and food prep as required
· Maintain a clean and organised kitchen space
· Follow food safety and hygiene standards
· Work efficiently solo, but in support of a small team
· Suggest alternative flavours and options for pastries and sandwiches
About You
· Previous baking and cooking experience is essential
· Early riser with a positive attitude
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong attention to detail and a passion for good food
· Reliable and punctual
· Creativity in baking
