Key Responsibilities:
* Leading the service with vision, authenticity, and a commitment to excellence
* Empowering educators through mentoring, professional development, and supportive leadership
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Partnering with families and community members to deliver meaningful experiences
* Driving continuous improvement and maintaining high-quality educational programmes
* Overseeing daily operations, budgeting, enrolments, and team culture
* Creating an environment where children feel valued, capable, and inspired
Requirements:
* Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved)
* Previous experience as a Centre Director or Assistant Director
* Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
* Current Working with Children Check (Employee) – NSW requirement
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
