* Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
* Collecting, calculating and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information, prepare weekly labour report
* Also be familiar with AC/AP data Entry
* Perform administrative work, including scheduling and coordinating various tasks amongst the team plus liaising with the inhouse accountant
* Assist Operations and Restaurant managers with the onboarding process of new employees
* Responsible for providing administrative support and assist the team whenever necessary
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written along
* Long term payroll experience is necessary for the groups hundreds of employees. We have a mix of FT, PT and Casual employees paid on a weekly basis.
* End to End payroll processing experience is a must
