We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis (15–20 hours per week).

About the role:
This role supports our accounts function, with a focus on accounts payable and general administrative tasks to help ensure our financial processes run efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
* Processing supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
* Ensuring correct GL coding and allocations, in line with internal approval workflows
* Maintaining supplier records and verifying details
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Resolving invoice discrepancies and responding to supplier enquiries
* Providing general administrative support as required

* Is organised, reliable, and able to manage their time effectively
* Is comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and accounting systems
