Join Our Team as a Senior Account Director in Sydney

We're looking for an established
Senior Account Director
to join our Sydney team and lead a versatile and exciting portfolio of clients across Digitas's full offering.

In this role, you'll be the strategic heartbeat of your accounts — bringing together creative, media, CX, CRM and data to solve complex client problems and deliver highly effective, insight‑led work. You'll provide senior leadership across integrated campaigns, act as a trusted advisor to clients, and ensure all touchpoints come together in a cohesive, high‑performing customer experience.

You'll work closely with Strategy, Creative, Media, Data and Delivery teams to guide thinking, challenge direction, and champion work that's creatively ambitious, commercially sharp and measurable.

What you'll be doing day to day:

* Lead senior client relationships and act as a trusted advisor across multiple retained accounts.
* Help clients navigate challenges with clarity, confidence and a collaborative mindset.
* Oversee integrated campaign planning and delivery across creative, media, CX, CRM and content.
* Connect insights, media, data and CX to build effective, targeted customer journeys.
* Review and challenge media plans, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and creative direction.
* Drive strategic thinking across accounts and push the direction of work with confidence.
* Collaborate seamlessly with Strategy, Creative, Media, Digital, Data and Delivery teams to ensure fully integrated thinking
* Monitor campaign performance, interpret reporting and drive ongoing optimisation.
* Ensure all work is insight‑led, on‑brand, creatively ambitious and commercially sound.
* Manage budgets, forecasting, financial reporting and account profitability.
* Identify and grow opportunities across Media, CX, CRM and broader agency capabilities.
* Lead post‑campaign analysis and embed learnings for continuous improvement.
* Mentor and guide account managers and directors, fostering accountability and collaboration.
* Support CX and loyalty initiatives across the Groupe, contributing to cross‑agency programs.
* Play a key role in shaping the agency's future by supporting innovation programs, strategic initiatives and new business activity.

The person we're looking for has:

* Extensive experience (ideally 7yrs +) in creative, digital or an integrated agency account management role
* Hands‑on experience running large through‑the‑line campaigns across creative, media, CX and CRM
* Strong understanding of media strategy, and confidence reading and challenging media plans
* A generalist mindset with deep cross‑channel expertise
* Proven ability to lead senior client relationships and navigate complex challenges
* Strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets and forecasting
* A collaborative, proactive, relationship‑led leadership style, you enjoy mentoring and guiding junior members of the team
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills
* Comfort working with data and performance insights to shape strategy
* A passion for integrated thinking and creating connected customer experiences
