Rowcon Waste Management specialise in skip bin hire services & construction waste management at our purpose-built facility located on the Sunshine Coast.

Our products and services include complete construction & demolition waste disposal services as well as supply and delivery of high quality recycled construction materials.

We process demolition waste materials at our state-of-the-art processing facility where we recycle over 85% of all waste received. Materials such as concrete, brick & asphalt are transformed into high quality drainage aggregates & roadbase products supplying civil contractors & major infrastructure projects with environmentally sustainable solutions.

**Position Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic Facilities Manager to oversee the strategic and operational management of our buildings and facilities.

As the Facilities Manager, you will organise, control, and coordinate the management of our facilities to ensure a safe and productive environment. You will be responsible for managing tenders, supervising contractors, coordinating essential services, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and supervise the work of contractors and facilities management staff.
- Coordinate essential services such as maintenance, security, cleaning, and waste

disposal.
- Plan for future development in line with strategic business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor service level agreements and respond to emergencies or urgent issues.
- Oversee space and resource allocation for recent or existing premises.

**Desired Qualifications**
- Diploma in Facilities Management, Asset Management, or Building Services Management, or a comparable qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of highly relevant employment experience in facilities management.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
