Your new role:
In this pivotal position, you will coordinate and deliver communication room upgrades across Bayside Health Service while driving quality, efficiency and patient outcomes. You will:
Lead coordination and delivery of Infrastructure Maintenance Program (IMP) projects and objectives
Analyse, benchmark and report on data to optimise patient and program outcomes
Provide advanced clinical and operational leadership across multidisciplinary teams
Drive quality, risk and service improvement initiatives aligned to Metro South priorities
About you:
You are an experienced and strategic nursing professional who combines strong clinical credibility with proven project and stakeholder leadership. You have:
Current Nurse (or Midwife) NMBA / APHRA registration and relevant tertiary qualification
Demonstrated experience in project management, data analysis and quality improvement
Advanced communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
Proven ability to lead change, influence practice and deliver service improvements
