Required Skills and Qualifications
* Current AHPRA Registration: Must be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Nurse Graduate Program Completion: Completion of a recognized nurse graduate program
* Recent Nursing Experience: Minimum 12 months of recent nursing experience
* Clinical Assessment and Care Planning Skills: Well-developed skills in clinical assessment and care planning
* Discharge Planning: Sound understanding of discharge planning principles
* Ongoing Learning and Professional Development: Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
* Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
