The Role:
As a Junior/Assistant Property Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting a Property Manager across various aspects of Property Management, including:
- Tenant Interaction: Effectively communicate with tenants, promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Routines and Entry & Exits: Assist in conducting property routines, coordinating entry and exit processes to ensure smooth and efficient transitions for tenants.
- Administrative Support: Undertake a range of administrative tasks to support the Property Management team and contribute to streamlined operations.

- Previous Real Estate Experience: Demonstrate prior experience in the real estate sector, allowing you to bring a solid foundation of industry knowledge and skills to the role.
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration: Hold a valid Queensland Certificate of Registration, ensuring compliance with all industry regulations and requirements.
