Restaurant Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing bookings, telephone enquiries, and receipt of monies.
* Ensuring compliance with liquor licensing and Work Health & Safety laws.
* Providing exceptional customer service and resolving complaints.
* Recruiting, training, and performance managing floor staff.
* Maintaining stock control, rotation, and ordering.
* Collaborating with chefs on menu items, specials, and wait times.
* Organizing functions, events, and weddings.
Additional duties may include opening and closing procedures, supervising staff, and participating in recruitment and training processes. A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience is required.
The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong understanding of restaurant operations.
